The Ability People (TAP) was co-founded in 2018 by Paralympian Liz Johnson to eliminate the employment gap for people with disability or impairment
The TAPAPP is a talent community of skilled people that are unable to work on a conventional basis due their disability or impairment yet are able to add significant expertise and value to organisations in all industries and geographies.
Each talented 'Tapper' has been endorsed by an accredited organisation that relates to their specific disability or impairment and all profits generated by the TAPAPP are shared with that organisation to help support and further the amazing work that they do in all of our communities.
