I have specialist knowledge on corporate absence, employee wellbeing and managing stress within the workplace. I am committed to delivering results and actively engage in CPD to maintain professional standards. My academic background (1st class hon degree and MSc with Distinction) evidences my ability to produce detailed and comprehensive reports and assist on research projects.

Additionally, my past experienced as a non-executive director and a disability access officer for a Scottish Championship Football club, means that I can help organisations to develop mechanisms that contribute towards positive mental wellbeing and social inclusion.
