The rate given is my hourly rate for disabled and neurodiverse professionals who are committed to finding their best way to thrive.
I also offer packages for tailored programmes on a particular development goal (i.e. getting a promotion, pitching a new proposal at work, dealing with a conflict situation /challenging colleague, diversity and inclusion culture change etc). Programmes involve a commitment to change where you will receive support and guidance from someone that has been in your shoes and may be from 6 hours to 6 months in duration.
